Learning to Mentor like Christ in the modern world.
This class explores the importance of mentoring, dispels modern-day mentoring myths, and focuses on developing a practical mentoring model like Jesus.
Throughout history, individuals have had creative insights during everyday activities. The Holy Spirit inspires creativity to better humanity. The Strategic Vision Committee of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada identified three ministerial needs:
- Discipleship Need: Despite abundant resources, discipleship is drifting from being like Jesus.
- Ministerial Need: More resilient and motivated leaders are required due to increased secular challenges.
- Next Generation Need: Young leaders seek wisdom, mentoring, and relational support for spiritual growth.
The focus on mentoring aims to address these needs by providing guidance, support, and wisdom in ministry.
